$75,000 in total funding available. Individual awards will vary; no single award will exceed $25,000. Quick turn projects prioritized.

Applications due May 22, unless extended by RMS. Funds must be spent and work substantially completed by June 30. 2026.

The Nubian Square Storefront Improvement Program is a streamlined mini-grant initiative designed to support visible, street-level beautification projects that can be completed quickly and contribute to a stronger commercial corridor.

This program prioritizes practical, high-impact projects that can be executed rapidly and comply with state expenditure deadlines.

Approximately $75,000 is available for grant awards, awards to individual businesses are capped at $25,000.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis from May 4 to May 22, or until funds are committed.

Individual award amounts may vary based on project scope, readiness, and available funds. Roxbury Main Streets reserves the right to determine award amounts and the number of awards to maximize impact and ensure timely expenditure of funds.
